Kerry won (maybe)
According to Greg Palast, Kerry won Ohio and New Mexico, and that fact is being obscured by high spoilage rates in Democratic communities.

This seems reasonable to me. Those votes should be accurately and fairly counted before a winner is declared.
Update: Franklin county in Ohio has reported that a “computer glitch” resulted in almost 3,900 votes being magically created for Bush, in a county that only had 638 people voting. One public glitch likely means that there are a lot more that have not yet been reported.
