I ran across you blog searching for that article you have little regard for. The molecule components that make up sucrose are metabolized differently in the body and finally someone is getting closer, I think, to uncovering what my be real understanding in how to improve what is a huge health problem in the USA. Sugar in any form is as processed as cocaine...we should keep our food in their whole form (or close to it) and benefit from their naturals gifts. As we process these foods they become different on a molecular level and not at all a benefit to the body. Weston A Price pinpointed sugar as a toxin years ago... Refined sugars are is no longer food, but chemicals that wrecks havoc in the body.
